Right after a knee injury, I had reached out to Shahnaz as she came recommended by a friend. I started out with her expertise in dry-needling with some hesitation. But soon I realised how super helpful her process was and how the needling helped eliminate all my little niggles in both knees! I gradually progressed into her yoga-pilates classes. I started out heavy and afraid of injury. But what helped me persist is her approach to the class. You feel encouraged, not pushed. She observes and corrects, modestly acknowledging your level of fitness. There are no false overnight hacks. There are participants in this class who have been with her for more than a decade. Now, it's been more than a year that I have been strength training at Shahnaz's group classes. The progress is real: going from "can't" to "can" do. I am glad I found Shahnaz and her well lit, well ventilated Breathe studio. And after every muscle in your body has been awakened, the last few minutes of deep breathing is a real blessing! Thank you Shahnaz 🙏🏽

Good trainer but very irregular.No personal care is taken. Not good for beginners as experts are only encouraged.

Superb dry needling therapy, gave me complete relaxation on the muscles which I couldn't move or stretch. I felt alot of relief just in a couple of sessions. Thank you Dr Shahnaz.

I have been suffering from hamstring / hip tightness for months. Being a ashtanga yoga practitioner this really restricted my mobility and caused discomfort while my practice. I visited multiple physiotherapists and they all told me get a MRI, or after a very minimal evaluation they said "you will have to take 10 session, each session for 1000, but if you take all 10 at 1 shot, you will get 2000 discount".I was really frustrated with the quality of health care, until I met Shanaz. Within minutes of consultation she found out the issue and we started treatment. I saw results instantly, not in "days", but "in a day". Within 3 sessions I was back.Shanaz is super knowledgeable, and being a yoga instructor herself she understand these issues first hand. She is amazing and I recommend highly recommend her.

Dr.Shahnaz are very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and listen with lots of patience, always smiling. Had visited them for my back and knee pain Her treatment worked really well and the pain has totally disappeared. I joined pilates classes and my knee pains reduced..Each session is innovative, intense and challenging. She is very motivating. I feel the transition happening in my postures and i am gaining strength. My confidence too has increased. I would highly recommend ..

Hello, I have attended the online Intensive knee rehab session with Shahnaz and it’s been almost 3 months with her. I have benefited a lot and am surprised at the range of movements and dexterity that I seem to have achieved - All praise to God for having guided me to these classes. Shahnaz is a wonderful instructor and what I appreciated the most was her availability to answer all my queries, even beyond class hours. Though it’s an online session, I never felt out of cue or unable to follow her instructions. Thanks Shahnaz - God Bless

Some addictions are good to have. Working out at Breathe is just that... An addiction worth havingThe knee rehab program was extremely effective and I feel I have shed 10 kilos off my knees. I can feel a visible reduction in pain levels and also have got back my mobility and strength in my affected knee. Wonderful work Shahnaz. Keep it up👍👍
